What is NGO Darpan ID?

NGO Darpan is the Government of India's portal for registered voluntary organisations and non-profits. After successful profile verification, the organisation receives a Unique ID used in various government-facing processes.

Who is eligible?

  • Registered public charitable trust
  • Registered society
  • Section 8 company
  • Other eligible legally constituted voluntary organisation accepted by the portal

When should you register?

  • After legal registration and allotment of PAN to the organisation.
  • Before applying for Central Government grants or schemes where Darpan ID is required.
  • Before processes that specifically require a Darpan Unique ID, including applicable FCRA-related requirements.
  • Once registration is initiated, complete it within the time displayed by the portal; the current portal warns that incomplete registration may lapse after 30 days.

  • Organisation registration certificate
  • Organisation PAN
  • Trust deed/MOA and rules
  • Aadhaar and PAN details of the required office bearers
  • Names, designations, joining dates, mobile numbers and email IDs
  • Registered office and correspondence address
  • Activity sectors, operational area and organisation profile
  • Grant details, if any
  • Authorised person's active mobile and email for OTP/verification

Process

  1. Create/login using organisation credentials as directed by the portal.
  2. Verify organisation PAN and registration details.
  3. Add office bearers and complete identity verification.
  4. Enter activities, sectors, addresses and grant information.
  5. Submit and preserve the generated Unique ID.
  6. Update the profile whenever office bearers or organisation details change.

NGO Darpan हे NITI Aayog चे registered NGOs/NPOs साठीचे portal आहे. Profile verification पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर संस्थेला विविध सरकारी प्रक्रियांसाठी Unique ID मिळतो.

Registration कधी करावे?

  • संस्थेची legal registration आणि PAN मिळाल्यानंतर.
  • Darpan ID आवश्यक असलेल्या Central Government grant/scheme पूर्वी.
  • Applicable FCRA किंवा इतर government process पूर्वी.
  • Application सुरू केल्यावर portal वर दिलेल्या वेळेत पूर्ण करावे; सध्याच्या portal वर 30 दिवसांनंतर incomplete registration lapse होऊ शकते अशी सूचना आहे.

  5. Submit करून Unique ID सुरक्षित ठेवणे.
  6. Details बदलल्यास profile update करणे.
